AI Workout Recap: How a Chatbot Improves Your Training Results

You finish your workout. You rack the weights. Then what?

Does the AI recap cost anything?

The post-session recap is included in the Pro plan ($5.99/month). The free plan includes a basic recap. The Sunday weekly summary is Pro-only.

Can I turn off Sunday notifications?

Yes. Push notifications are optional. The recap will still be visible in the coach chat when you open the app.

Does auto-progression work for bodyweight exercises?

Yes. For bodyweight exercises (push-ups, pull-ups, dips), the coach adjusts reps and sets instead of weight. For timed exercises (planks, stretching), it adjusts duration.
