1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the RepStack application, accessible at app.repstack.io. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

RepStack is a progressive web application (PWA) for workout tracking. It allows you to create sessions, log your performance, and receive AI-powered progression recommendations.

3. Registration

Registration is free and done via email. A login link or 6-digit verification code is sent at each login. No password is required.

4. Plans and Pricing

Free: session creation, unlimited tracking, full history.
Premium: AI session generation, post-workout recap, automatic progression. Pricing is displayed on the homepage and may change. Price changes apply to new subscriptions only.

5. User Data and Content

You retain ownership of your workout data. RepStack never sells, shares, or monetizes your personal or training data. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting contact@repstack.io.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service normally and not abusively. It is prohibited to:

  • Attempt to access other users' accounts
  • Use the API in an automated way without authorization
  • Circumvent free plan limitations

7. Liability

RepStack is a tracking and training assistance tool. It does not replace the advice of a healthcare professional or certified coach. AI recommendations are indicative. You are solely responsible for the execution of your exercises and adapting weights to your level.

8. Availability

RepStack strives to ensure continuous availability. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or updates. RepStack does not guarantee 100% uptime.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting contact@repstack.io. Deletion results in the removal of all your data within 30 days. Premium subscriptions can be cancelled through the subscription management portal.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction.
